Trump Dominates Super Tuesday with Twelve States, Outshining Nikki Haley's Single Victory: Potential Showdown with Joe Biden Looms in November, While GOP Rival Holds Firm on Non-Concession Plans

Trump hopes to eliminate Haley from the race with a sweeping state win.

Super Tuesday features the largest number of nominations of the year, with contests held in 15 states.  It's called Super Tuesday for good reason—this is a significant victory. And they tell me, pundit, that nothing has ever been so clear-cut. What a fantastic evening it is. During an address at Mar-a-Lago, Trump informed his fans.

"Our polling numbers surpass those of Joe Biden." He is the worst president our nation has ever had. Trump declared, "There has never been anything like what is happening to our country."

After defeating Nikki Haley, his last opponent for the Republican nomination, on Super Tuesday, Donald Trump moved one step closer to facing Joe Biden again in November. He won twelve states to her one.

The 77-year-old former president dominated the most important primary day, casting doubt on the former governor of South Carolina's chances of winning the presidency.

Trump directed much of his criticism at Biden, which may indicate where the race is going.

The former president focused on the approaching general election and did not specifically address Haley. Haley's one victory of the evening came just after he concluded his speech, when she was called for the Republican primary in Vermont.

But with victories in the primaries in Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Maine, Alabama, Massachusetts, Arkansas, Texas, Colorado, Minnesota, and California, Trump achieved the sweep he was hoping for.

His total dominance over the Republican Party is cemented by the Super Tuesday results, which have also increased calls for Haley to withdraw from the campaign.

Soon after the majority of the races were called, Biden attacked Trump in a statement.

The president declared, "Tonight's results leave the American people with a clear choice: Will we allow Donald Trump to drag us backwards into the chaos, division, and darkness that defined his term in office, or will we keep moving forward?"

As votes closed across the country, Biden continued to gain ground on the Democratic side. When it comes to his party's presidential nomination, he only has token opposition.

After Trump's string of wins on Tuesday night, Haley will find it practically impossible to catch up to the previous president.

More than one-third of Republican delegates—and more than 70% of those need to win the nomination—will be given out in Tuesday's elections.

On Tuesday night, Trump secured 90% of the delegates available for grabs. Two of the largest prizes, Texas and California, found themselves in the former president's corner.

Haley promised to stay in the race until the Super Tuesday contests, but she hasn't promised to do anything more. Her team hasn't planned any public events for Tuesday or the next week.

She is not expected to speak in public while she is at her South Carolina residence. Later on Tuesday night, Trump is anticipated to speak to his fans at Mar-a-Lago.

Karine Jean-Pierre, press secretary for the White House, said that Biden's staff will keep him informed about the election results throughout the evening.

Though neither Trump nor Biden can become their party's presumed nominee until March 12 and March 19, respectively, both sides have been gearing up for a rematch.

However, the fight for the general election will officially begin on Tuesday. The two men are prepared.

"We need to defeat Biden—he's the worst president ever," Trump declared on Fox & Friends on Tuesday.

"You're going to be back with Donald Trump if we lose this election," Biden declared on the North Carolina radio programme DeDe in the Morning. "I think it is shameful the way he has spoken about, behaved, and dealt with the African American community."

However, voters don't seem to be eager to hold another election in 2020—a year that Biden won and Trump fraudulently declared as his own. According to polls, most people preferred a different candidate than either Biden or Trump.

Thus, the focus of every campaign going forward will need to be on motivating their supporters and convincing undecided people to cast ballots in November.

Additionally, the candidates will go out and convince Americans of their positions.

Georgia is a crucial battleground state where Biden and Trump will have separate campaign appearances on Saturday. Their interaction is not anticipated.

In 2020, Biden became the first Democrat to win Georgia since Bill Clinton. Trump, who was certain he had won, is currently being prosecuted both federally and state-wide for his attempts to reverse results there.
