The first Hindu temple built in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) was opened to the general public on Friday. Bochasanwasi Sri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS) said the temple is open for public from 9 am to 8 pm daily. The temple was built by BAPS on 27 acres at a cost of around 700 crore rupees. The land for the temple was donated by the UAE government.
